Earlier this month, I did a collaboration with Dr.Marten (some of you may have seen the Dr. Marten ads on lookbook) and got these amazing cut-out, peep toe heels! They’re so easy to style and they even look good with socks. I can already picture them in so many of my summer outfits. Anyhow, here’s how I styled them for the first&forever collaboration:

I wore this outfit to spend the day with my friend Chris. The weather was perfect and I was happy it was warm enough to wear these high waisted lace shorts from Oasap. We spent our time catching up, going to castings, taking photos and eating Brazilian food! Mmmmm.

 On Friday, A/J left to go on tour for the first time since we’ve been a pair. I will have the saddest little face for an entire month, but I’ll be much happier knowing that some of you went to see him. He’s coming to a town near you…or your town even!! How convenient. I’ve hardly updated this month because a few weekends ago, I hurt my wrist and I’ve been staying off the computer waiting for it to heal. :/ Anyhow, my birthday was over a month ago and I finally got around to posting better photos of the dress that I wore at my birthday party. It’s one of my favorite dresses and it fits perfectly. I’m so happy Romwe shipped it just in time for my party.

The weather here has been perfect lately. Not too hot, a little bit breezy and just the right amount of sunlight. I’m so happy I get to wear mini dresses and floppy hats in February. I actually bought this plain black dress last year and never wore it because of how simple it was. So, I decided to attach some 8000 nerves bows to it, to give it a unique look. Plus, I just love bows in general.

I always love stumbling upon a good blog, especially when it’s fashion related. So, I put together a list of some of my favorite blogs to read in my free time. Some are good friends of mine, others I’ve been following for a while…either way, I wanted to share them with you!
One of my favorite blogs of all time! Her style definitely coincides with mine and she’s the most adorable girl. I love the way she styles her outfits and her wishlists always leave me wishing as well. If you haven’t seen her blog, be sure to check it out! 
Jen has been a long time friend of mine and I’ve always been a fan of her beautiful photos. Her style is conservative and classy and her relationship with her husband is perfect. She currently resides in Alaska, so she practically lives in a postcard! I love seeing her photos and reading about her life out there. It makes me feel closer to her even when she’s so far away.
I’m a big fan of Catherine. Her blog posts are always entertaining and unlike anything else. I love seeing posts displaying her photography, recent purchases or great finds. Plus- she’s the sweetest thing around!
Nancy & I have been friends for a while. Her style has always intrigued me and I’m constantly impressed by her views (fashion related or not). Her blog has become much more than a place to post fashion finds and outfits, it’s filled with wonderful updates on her life, tutorials and things that she loves. She is refreshing in so many ways.
Cherokee is a friend of mine that lives in LA. She’s not afraid to step outside of the boundaries and every time I see her, it’s an adventure in itself. Not only is her style completely unique, cute and fun..she has amazing taste in music. So, you’ll find a lot of great bands posted on her blog as well!
