Jason Wu’s s/s 2013 collection makes me long for spring to come sooner than later. The pop of pink is the right amount of color and I’m all for the deep blues, almost blacks and pretty prints. I especially love the floor length gowns towards the end..it’s such a perfect twist on elegance. This is probably my favorite collection for spring/summer with the right amount of sophistication, class and beauty. -sigh-

I can’t believe it’s December already! & With so many holiday parties coming up, this InLoveWithFashion dress will be highly utilized. Houndstooth is becoming a reoccurring pattern in my closet this season. I’ve aways been a fan but lately I’ve been drawn to it more than ever. It’s so simple and classic and I especially love when it’s taken away from the typical black and white. Here I’m wearing a brown and gold houndstooth jacket from American Apparel. It’s become the perfect jacket to throw on when I want to look casual and comfortable yet stylish.

I wore this a couple of weeks back to see the Kubrick exhibit at LACMA (I posted some photos on Instagram). I love the print of the dress and the leather collar. The subtle details and tiny matters always seem to get me, especially when it comes to well constructed garments. Plus, this dress is the perfect mix of feminine and edgy, which I never seem to get tired of. It’s funny how we all have our favorite pieces and styles that we’re drawn to. I’m always migrating towards thigh length dresses, laced-up heels and ladylike socks..But don’t worry, I’ll be breaking my habit soon with all of the impulse purchases I’ve made this past week. ;X

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I am so blessed and thankful to have each and every one of you in my life and as a part of my blog.
