I haven’t made a “Swimwear Monday” post in a while, simply because the weather has gotten too cold. Occasionally a heat wave will pass on through and I’ll find myself in the sand wearing one of my favorite swimsuits. This little one piece is from Tavik and I absolutely love the ruffles, open back and bright red color!

I love mixing up my outfits from sleek, solid, basics to fun, wild, prints, like this leopard two piece. I paired it here with my favorite leather vest from Urban Outfitters and the perfect platform heels from ASOS. It’s the perfect outfit for a night out on the weekends!

I’ve been working on re-doing my portfolio (website up soon!) and really pushing the limits with different photographers and creative individuals, as well as friends that I have always loved & admired. I was lucky enough to shoot with photographer, Yves Huy Truong a couple months back with make up/hair done by the wonderful Giovanna Avila! I love seeing the outcome of these shoots and it’s amazing what 3 people can do in a simple studio with wardrobe that I pulled from my trunk after a road trip to Palm Springs. The denim overalls are from Nasty Gal and heels by ASOS.

I like to spend my weekends attending museums, live shows and exploring this city — and others nearby. I’ve been wearing red to parties and dinners and dinner parties and I’ve fallen in love with the bold color. It’s easy to stand out in a sea of little black dresses when you’re wearing such a statement color. I’ve been wearing red more and more for the holidays and I can definitely see why the song “Lady in Red” came about. There’s a fiery confidence that comes with the color and I can’t help but look at a woman wearing all red with matching red lips! :* This little two piece is from the Nicole x Missguided collection and it’s perfect for any lady who wants to stray away from black from time to time.

A tuxedo jumpsuit has to be the perfect balance of comfort and class. Depending on how you style it– actually, no matter how you style it, you’ll always look elegant and put together. During the day, I’ve been running around in mine; grabbing coffee, working, attending castings and meetings. When the day turns dark, I throw on a pair of heels, red lipstick and a leather purse and I’m ready for the night.
