day and night.

As I’m getting older my wardrobe is transitioning from mini dresses to short suit sets. It may be the businesswoman in me, but I can’t help but fall in love with perfectly tailored suits in stylish prints and colors. I’ve been so drawn to them lately and I have such a wide array of funky sets that I think make me look all business, but also like I’m here to party. One of my favorite things about this new trend is that it’s an easy transition from day to night. Simply wear a fun top or tank top underneath and take off the blazer when you’re out of work. You’ll look sleek and put together but not like you just left the office. Check out how I styled this Missguided baby blue suit set. ;p

wish that you can dance but you’ve got no partner.

There is nothing more refreshing than wearing white on a hot summer day. It keeps you cool and it keeps you clean. I’ve been drawn towards the snow-like color all season, with white matching sets and rompers from Missguided. I especially love the textured white pieces because the details are subtle yet beautiful and you won’t look like a snowman or a reflector of the sun. Haha.

I’ve been spending every day in the Arts Districts, eating pie and grabbing coffee. All while wearing co ords or two pieces or matching sets, whatever you want to call them now. A year ago people just thought I was being “too matchy” when my tops were identical to my bottoms, but it’s funny to see how it’s such a popular trend now. At least it’s made it easier for me to find sets! This bomber + short embroidered set from Missguided is one of my favorites and
quite possibly the easiest thing the throw on, no matter what the weather. ![]() |

I’ve been wearing light weight maxi dresses for brunch on the weekends. It fits the setting perfectly and they’re so comfortable for hours spent on patios or rooftops eating and sipping coffee. This aztec dress is one of my favorites with subtle side splits and an open back. I’ve been styling it with my favorite strappy heels from Missguided (who just so happens to be having a crazy sale ;))!!

A couple of years ago, my good friend Nate asked me to be in his music video. He’s super talented! He sings in the band Owenstone and even directed this video. It was such a fun day and I loved being involved in something that meant so much to him. Check it out below:
