I love Della‘s collaboration with Urban Outfitters because the pieces are simple yet timeless. I’ll never get tired of a perfectly fitting romper that I can throw on during the summer, or flutter shorts that I can wear to the beach. I always fall for brands that have an amazing story behind them and Della is just that. Each piece is handmade by men and women in Hohoe, Ghana. I spent the weekend running around with old friends, shooting, brunching and working hard. The weather was more than warm and I made sure to stay cool with simple rompers. This is a good example of my “Summer Go To” outfit that I posted prior. I’m always about stripes and rompers and especially both combined into one. This one is from A La Femme Shop and it’s so easy to wear! It’s pretty perfect for summer.
Since the weather’s been unbearable, this has pretty much become my summer staple. I’ve been tossing on denim cut offs, my favorite crop top and the perfect hat to be more comfortable and cool. If it ever gets cold during the night, I always opt for a leather jacket to throw over my shoulders and I always keep one in my car, just in case.
I’ve always been a minimalist when it comes to jewelry, I love simple 2 carat studs like the ones from FreshTrends.com, you’ll never have to worry about changing them. As for my beauty routine, I’ve fallen in love with everything Lancome! It’s gotten to the point where I make sure to keep their under eye cream in my purse. My day starts with applying their Lift Multi-Action Sunscreen and ends with applying their Multi-Action Night Cream. Honestly, my skin has never felt more refreshed! I’m trying to pretend I’m on vacation even though I’m at the office. So, I’ve been throwing on tropical printed blazers and short sets, to feel like I’m on some exotic beach. Haha. I’ve been getting a lot done these past couple of weeks; ordering more items for the store, photoshoots and non-stop castings every day. I’ve also started my Closet Essentials Guide and will be posting it soon, as well as collaborating with fun brands and magazines! I can’t wait to share everything with you all.
