Maybe it’s my longing for festival season & summer days, but recently I’ve completely warmed up to fringe. I used to hate the long strips, simply because it was such a hassle to wear. It’s not the most convenient trend, considering you can and will get tangled in everything…including the fringe itself. But I’ve come to terms with the flowy string piece and realized how fun it is to wear, especially while dancing. Though I haven’t resolved the tangling, I’ve learned to be more gentle while wearing it.
I styled this fringe skirt with all black accessories! I love pairing leather on leather, when it’s possible. I also love that fringe offers a whole new style to your outfit. Even a simple maxi skirt… add some fringe and it looks incredibly different! It’s crazy what a few strips of fabric can do!
