I’ve probably said this last year and the year before, but I’ll say it again..I don’t like New Years Eve. It’s not that I’m ever alone during the holiday, I’ve had boyfriends that I’ve celebrated with and even then, I’ve never been a fan. I guess I just don’t like the idea behind it. I hate counting down till midnight and I hate strangers forcing kisses upon each other and even worse, how embarrassingly drunk people get. I don’t mind people drinking (most of my friends do) but being at a party where the entire idea is to get wasted, isn’t really for me. However, one thing I do like about New Years Eve is that everyone dresses up in sequins and metallics. It really is nice to see everyone looking their best!
