I’ve been waiting for the right time to make this post, and I think today fits perfectly. My parents immigrated to America from Belize when they were only in their teens. Their dreams were big and their hearts were filled. They taught me at a young age that nothing will ever be handed to me, that I needed to work hard for what I wanted and stand up for what I believe in. It’s important for us to remember that we are all here for something better, that we are all in this together. It’s important that we never lose track and forget that we can’t do this alone, we are all better together.

That’s why I’m instantly inspired by brands like Jarritos. A brand that shows us that hard work and love is something to admire. Their new video campaign Jarritos – The Journey speaks so loudly. It’s left me humbled and honored to be in a country where I feel like I belong. It is a home for us all and we are in this together. So, let’s have a glass of Mandarin to that!
