I’ve always been a fan of Member’s Only jackets, ever since my high school days when I found myself going to my favorite indie shows downtown. So, of course I loved checking out Member’s Only newest take on outerwear. The brand has always had a sense of rebellion and edge, and they’ve definitely stuck to their aesthetics, with classic fitting jackets and the logo on the pocket. But they’ve evolved with sleek new colors, patterns and silhouettes. I love this perforated varsity jacket that I’ve been wearing with classic blue denim and white accessories.

I was recently introduced to the brand KAS New York and couldn’t help but love their resort-feel clothing with fun prints, quality lace and comfortable fabrics. Wearing anything from this brand, makes me feel like I’m back on the beaches of Belize or spending a weekend at my favorite resort along the coast.

Trading in all my clothing for swimsuits and cover ups because the weather’s getting warmer and I’ve found myself gravitating closer and closer to the ocean each weekend. This little two piece is from Urban Outfitters and reminds me a bit of Gilligan’s Island, for some reason. With high quality denim they’re pretty amazing and each pair of jeans is made to your custom fit. I’ve been wearing their High Rise Skinnies out everywhere and they go with just about anything. They’re perfectly tailored with seams in all the right places.

I always pass by this painting every time I head into the Arts District Downtown. So, it was only fitting to plan my next outfit post in front of it. The one thing that I love about the Arts District is that it’s ever changing, constantly. There’s always new art, new stores and new restaurants. While the old ones are still running wildly. I’m always pleased to walk into Pie Hole for my favorite Chicken Pot Pie and see a line out of the door. I love when places that I love are doing well. The only downfall is that I have to wait… :( Anyhow, I recently wore this Crochet Lace Dress by Stone Cold Fox and paired it with simple black accessories and a black slip to give a monochromatic vibe. Either way, I love mixing Black & White because it is the epitome of simplicity.
