I love sharing my favorite bands and songs with you all. This one easily tops my playlist and has been on repeat for quite a bit since it’s release. The video is also incredible! My favorite part has to be the astronaut and the ‘end of the world’ theme. I love everything created by my friends over at Night Terrors of 1927, especially this tune featuring Tegan and Sara. Be sure to check them out on tour and pick up their new EP, “Anything to Anyone”…You won’t regret it.

I’ve been simplifying my outfits lately, buying key pieces that our comfortable and timeless. I love falling into denim days, where a simple button up and perfectly fitting jeans is just enough. When it gets too cold, I throw on a draped leather jacket and stomp around in Chelsea boots or platform heels. I feel like these days are nostalgic, taking me back to my tomboy memories of climbing trees and hanging with the guys. These were pretty much my staple pieces then, until I found myself stuck in mini dresses and the highest heels. It’s always nice to go back and forth between the two and even better when I combine them both.

This has been one of my favorite pieces to wear throughout Summer because it’s elegant and classy, and it’s really a statement piece with it’s bold zig zags and high neck cut. Seafolly has always been one of my favorite swimwear brands since they stray away from typical string bikinis and offer so much more to beachwear. I also love how versatile their swimwear is, I some times pair this one piece with high waisted black shorts for an every day look.

Forever 21 released an amazing Barbie collaboration that leaves you day dreaming of your childhood and playing with that Barbie dreamhouse. It’s always nice to feel like a kid again…or even more so when things you loved as a child becomes completely acceptable and available when you’re an adult. Plus, the best part is you don’t have to ask your parents for anything — you can just buy it! Their Barbie varsity jacket was my favorite, with “barbie” in the back, I styled it here with a pleated skirt and lace body suit.

I’ve been a fan of the Dear Creatures for a while now. The brand is always whimsical and feminine and just downright…pretty! I stumbled into their Los Angeles sample sale one afternoon and was lucky enough to find these gems. The matching blouse and short set reminds me of an adult girl scout and I had to get it! I paired it here with all nude accessories and my favorite triple strap Chloe heels!
