I’m getting ready to leave for Coachella and I can’t help but pack some of my Novella Royale favorites. The brand always has an amazing mix of fabrics, silhouettes and prints. I’ve been living in this jumpsuit, which just so happens to be incredibly comfortable and easy to wear. Oh & it has flare pants, which is always a bonus!

I was recently introduced to the brand Band Of Gypsies and instantly loved their mixed prints, breezy fabrics and fun silhouettes. The brand has been popping up at ASOS, Nordstrom, Topshop and many more. So, I’m sure you’ve seen something you love of theirs. My favorite has to be this beautiful chiffon two piece that is a Coachella dream! It’s fun, flowy and FLORAL! I’m definitely planning on wearing it some time these next two weekends at the festival. Of course, paired with neutral fringe accessories and my favorite cat eye style sunglasses. 😛

Now that it’s officially Spring, I’ve been pulling out my favorite florals. I’ve currently been obsessing over two tone floral prints, since it’s a unique twist on the typical flower patterns that we’re all so used to seeing. This little romper from Missguided comes in tons of different prints and is perfect for the upcoming Spring days. You can either pair it with your favorite flats or laced up oxfords for a more casual vibe, or throw on your favorite heels for a lunch date.

I get so excited for Spring and Summer! It means hot days and warm nights, evenings parading around in rompers and high waisted shorts. I’ve been meaning to take the tags off of this Stone Cold Fox piece for some time now, and the sun shiny days have finally allowed me to. I’ve been pairing it with leather – lots and lots of leather. Boots, Bags and Jackets. I think it’s the perfect balance for such a feminine, dainty and fun piece.

In January, I spent a dreamy little weekend in San Luis Obispo tucked away at the Madonna Inn. The Inn was everything but ordinary with 110 rooms that are all decorated, themed and designed differently but in a whimsical, overwhelming, elegance. We stayed in the all pink room called the “Carin”, which is a Swiss expression for Endearment. I felt like I was in a pink dream — lounging around in embroidered robes and laying by their pool with views of hills and greenery. It was the most idealistic weekend and a place I could imagine myself living forever. Even their restaurant was covered in pink with crazy carpets, hand carved wood and pink upholstered booths and chairs. Not to mention, the food was amazing! Don’t even get me started on their adorable ribbon cakes that look like presents. It was such a perfect time and I cannot wait to go back and explore more!

It’s amazing how much can change in a week, let alone 3 months. This year has held many obstacles, yet I always find myself walking in the right direction. Now that I’ll have more time to focus and pursue ideas, I can’t tell you how excited I am for the future. I’ve learned a significant factor in becoming who you want to be, and going where you want to go– simply surround yourself with positive, like-minded people. It makes a world of difference and will save you tons of time.
Right now I’m finalizing my Coachella outfits, favorite picks and last minute adventures in April. Can’t wait to spend two weeks with the people that I love the most! |
