I bought this ASOS dress a while ago. I’ve been leaning towards bright colors this summer and strong symmetrical lines! I also loved this dress in particular because of the futuristic feel of it, like I just stepped out of an episode of The Jetsons. It’s weird how clean silhouettes and geometric patterns can make you think of the future.

forward to all.

It finally feels like summer again!! Now that the weather is consistently warm this has become my staple look; high waisted shorts and button down tops. It’s so easy to wear and it keeps you cool, while the sun keeps you hot. I particularly love these floral shorts from Forward To All because I feel like it’s the epitome of Spring transitioning to Summer.

no one would riot for less.

I love dressing up for work especially since I can get away wearing short suits instead of typical business wear. Plus, I love every time I get to mix in baroque-esque items. It really makes the overall look more elegant and classy, which I’m always a fan of!

festival favorites.

Coachella is coming up quickly and though I won’t be attending this year (I’ll be in Belize!!!), I thought I’d post my festival favorites! I know when this time of year rolls around everyone shows up wearing bikinis under fringe, crochet blouses and denim cut-offs, but I wanted to put together classier more feminine looks that stray away from the typical neutral colored top and short-shorts. So, here are a couple of looks I threw together! Plus, I might just end up wearing one of these outfits to Outside Lands or some other music festival later this year. :p

monday morning.

Monday mornings aren’t as bad as everyone makes them seem. I’m always thrilled to go to work and I actually love my office job. It’s nice to take a break from castings, shoots and fashion events. Plus, I love that I get to dress up in more “sophisticated” and business-esque outfits. I’ve been meaning to wear this MJ dress since I altered it, so I was thrilled to wear it to work with this light trench coat and ankle tie heels!

A couple of days ago I attended Moxie Comm’s magnificent blogger party with my beautiful friend, Danielle. The party was held in a poolside cabana at The Roosevelt in Hollywood. It was complete with cake pops, jewelry and giant gift bags filled with items from Ivory Mason, CJ by Cookie Johnson, My other bag, Nicki Jean Jewels, Vintage Havana, Minnie Rose and many more. It was such a great time and I loved meeting and reuniting with other bloggers!
