Today I leave to San Francisco to attend meetings for the marketing company I work for. Then off to Oakland, El Monte and all over the south of California. It’s hard to find a moment that isn’t already filled and even when that moment is found, it’s even harder not to close my eyes and dream. I made a list of books to read while on airplanes, car rides and waiting at castings. It consists a lot of John Grisham, George Orwell and Fitzgerald (of course)! These next couple of months, I plan on doing a lot of yoga and writing more, just to free my mind and relax a little…after all that’s what Frankie says. As for my closet, I’ve experimented a bit with lighter and brighter colors this past Summer and it’s been rolling over into Fall. I love winter pastels like ice blues and light greens. I came across this Modcloth dress I bought earlier in the year and styled it with a vintage belt and Miu Miu heels. I feel like the outfit is season-less and can easily be worn no matter what the temperature is. I’d throw on a coat if it got colder or I’d remove the socks if the opposite occurred. Either way, it’s lace and dainty and I like that.

I know floral print is usually linked to Spring and Summer but I can’t help but wear dark toned flower printed pieces this season! I think floral is season-less and should be worn year round, as long as you wear the right kind of floral and you layer it correctly. The right kind of floral print shouldn’t include any white or lighter tones since it completely changes the mood of the overall look. So, stick with darker colored flowers, throw on a sweater, scarf and other winter accessories and you’re good to go! I styled a floral romper for Fall with black boots, a scarf, leather belt, and a wide brim hat:

I’m so lucky to live in California, where I can get away with wearing thigh high socks or tights when the weather gets too cold. I’d hate to break my mini dress habit just because the weather has dropped a few degrees. I know there’s been a lack of posts lately, but I’m finally managing work, blogging and modeling! I’ve been so busy these past couple of months and I don’t think things plan on slowing down anytime soon. So, I’ve just learned to handle my time better 😉 This Fall/Winter, I’m excited to travel for work. I’ll be doing presentations for the marketing company I work for and spending every day somewhere new. Even though I’ll be in and out and all around California, I’ll make sure to keep you all updated with outfits, stories and my fashion favorites. 😉

Halloween week is always one of my busiest weeks! Usually A/J and I will attend countless parties/events..so much that we need multiple costume changes. Since he’s been in London on tour, I decided to stick to one costume and spend nights out with my brother and best friends. I attended the Halloween Parade in Hollywood and spent the night taking photos with strangers, costume watching and capping the night off at Saddle Ranch. DMX came up to me while I was eating and offered my candy. I said “No. I don’t trust you.” and spent the night joking that he was only dressed as DMX for Halloween. He spent a good amount of time trying to prove that he was the real DMX (he was). I made friends with cops (real and fake) and stayed up way too late at warehouse parties downtown. It was such a great time! Now, I need a cat nap…

Many of you may know that Halloween is my favorite holiday! I always love dressing up and I usually have about 3 or 4 costumes that I wear throughout the Halloween Week! This year I only have one costume and I’m a leopard! I’ve wanted this costume for a while now, since I had so much fun being Catwoman 2 years ago. Haha. I plan on going to some Halloween parties tonight after work..and we’re actually having a Halloween party at work, also! So much fun will be had! I hope you all have a safe and Happy Halloween!!! Meow!
-What are you going to be for Halloween?! I’d love to see everyone’s costume!

I hardly ever wear jeans or pants, in general. Recently I attended a Lucky Brand denim fitting and they styled me in all the different styles of denim they have to offer. I had so much fun and I actually grew to liking denim! I’ve never been a fan of flare legs, but I couldn’t help but love their Charlotte Kick Flare Jeans! I’ve been styling them with button down tops, thicker belts and leather jackets. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite outfits for fall!
