introducing…the beatrice.
In collaboration with Missguided, I’ve styled their Beatrice Patent Block Heeled Chelsea Boot from their Shoeseum Collection. Missguided has easily become one of my favorite brands to wear and work with, simply because everything is always on point. I’ve styled their version of the Chelsea boot with this amazing chiffon romper that has an overlay train that flows when you walk, and a suede biker jacket that comes in the perfect shades for Fall. Dark floral rompers and muted tone jackets are becoming my signature items paired with chelsea boots and black hats. :) Plus, it’s a nice stray away from typical knits or long overcoats.

rose gold.

I’ve been drawn to the simplicity and beauty of all things Rose Gold. I feel it’s the perfect metallic that is the ideal in-between of Gold and Bronze…but better because of the pinkish hue and soft feel. I love pairing it with all black dresses, or maybe this Three Floor number from Revolve Clothing that has a splash of rose gold around the chest. I’ve also found that more and more accessories such as watches, earrings, rings and necklaces are straying away from the typical Gold and offering the rosy new tone of metals. So, it’s become quite easy to find perfect rose gold pairings — even Alexander Wang made a line of bags with rose gold metal ware and even a complete drawstring bag in the fun metallic. :p

Items Shown: Three Floor Rose Gold ‘Visionary Dress’, Ruthie Davis Strappy Heels, Alexander Wang Metallic Bucket Bag, Folli Follie Crystal Ball Ring, 14k Rose Gold Studs, Kate Spade Bow Bangle, Movado Rose Gold Watch

one more thing.

one more thing.
This book “One More Thing” by BJ Novak has been saving me from boredom as I wait for castings or meetings to render. It’s quick stories and dialogue has me laughing during those in-between times that somehow seem to add up to much more. I coincidentally wore this black and white grid suit by Missguided that posed as camouflage to my new book and left me feeling perfectly suited for any business engagements through out my day.

oxblood.

oxblood.
I remember last year when a slightly deeper burgundy coined the term “oxblood” and it was the trendiest color of Fall. In my mind, I’ve always felt that burgundies, mustards, navy and emerald greens were the perfect Fall palette. I think all colors look amazing paired with Nude accessories. With that said, I’ve been wearing this ‘oxblood’ matching set from Missguided and it makes for the ideal Fall outfit (in California, at least) with these nude Miu Miu pumps. I can’t help but pair this with the perfect leather jacket on colder days and nude shades on the hotter ones. ;P

I’ve always strayed away from white denim, and maybe I’m in the wrong, since it’s after Labor Day and all, but I can’t help but love these DSTLD forever white skinnies! There are so many ways to style a simple, sleek, well-fitted denim piece…especially in white. It just makes the overall outfit look cleaner and more daring. Although, it may be hard to keep it at it’s whitest, it’s still worth it! I plan on pairing my denim with button downs in denim, stripe and plaid prints. & a leather jacket to top it off is always a good idea. :)

I love these dark floral antique prints from Motel Rocks, they make for the perfect Fall print and are easy to style with muted outerwear. & As you can see, I’m starting to shift to co-ords with maxi skirts, instead of minis. I think it’s much more fitting for the cooler weather and it keeps my legs warm during the cold nights.
